Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza rozpočtu Evropské unie společně s jeho historickým vývojem, procesem schvalování a rozpočtovou bilancí. Praktická část je věnována rozboru výdajových problémů unijního rozpočtu. Následuje kapitola zaměřená na možnosti řešení těchto problémů, jejichž závažnost je ještě citelnější s rozšiřující se členskou základnou Evropské unie.

The subject of this Bachelor thesis is an analysis of budget of the European Union together with its historical evolution, process of approval and budgetary balance. Practical part is devoted to analysis of expense problems of the EU budget following the chapter focused on possibilities of solving these problems, which importance is even more noticeable with extending member basis of European Union …more
