Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Vliv prostředí determinující psychologické projevy manažerů“ je seznámení s problematikou okolních vlivů působících na manažera. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza a návrh různých optimalizací řešení pracovního prostředí ve kterém se pohybují manažeři. Jádrem práce je kvalitativní výzkum, konkrétně dotazník, který blíže zkoumá tyto vlivy. Na základě výsledků a poznání situace bude vytvořeno doporučení řešení problematiky pro manažera.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis „The influence of the environment determining the psychological manifestations of managers“ is the introduction to the issue of the surrounding influences acting on the manager. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze and design various optimizations of work environment solutions in which managers move. The core of the work is qualitative research, specifically a questionnaire that examines these influences more closely. Based on the results and knowledge of the situation, a recommendation for solving the problem for the manager will be created.
