SW Analysis of the Business Activity of the Entity
Abstract:
V diplomové práci se zaměřím na SWOT analýzu rodinného podniku, zejména na SW analýzu silných a slabých stránek, přičemž zmapuji vzdálené, blízké a vnitřní prostředí podniku a marketingový mix. Cílem mé práce je na základě zjištěných poznatků navrhnout odstranění či eliminaci slabých stránek a hrozeb a doporučit úkony vedoucí k rozvinutí silných stránek a zrealizování příležitostí.
Abstract:
I will focus on the SWOT analysis of the family business, especially on SW analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the company, which will map the distant near and internal business environment and marketing mix, in this thesis.
