Abstract:
Tato práce shrnuje informace o hematofágních členovcích, zejména o vších, blechách, komárech a klíšťatech. Jsou to vektoři patogenů způsobujících závažná onemocnění zvířatům i člověku. Díky tomu je studium tohoto tématu velmi důležité. Další kapitoly mimo jiné popisují sliny a slinné žláz klíštěte, jeho interakci s hostitelem a receptory, které jsou důležité pro vyhledávání hostitele. Poslední kapitoly …more
Abstract:
This thesis summarises informations about hematophagous arthropods, especcialy about lice, fleas, mosquitoes and ticks. These blood-sucking parasites are vectors of dangerous pathogens which causes many animal, and mainly human diseases. Because of this, the study of this subjekt is very important.
