Interim Measure According to Civil - Judical System

Abstract:

Annotation The thesis is focused on interim measures pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure. The first chapter deals with the history of provisional measures, concepts and characters of interim measures. The second chapter deals with the formalities in turn, proposals and interim measures. The third chapter discusses the types of interim measures, their nature and general importance, but also the entry into force of a court decision on provisional measures. Abstract:

Anotácia Bakalárska práca je zameraná na predbežné opatrenie podľa Občianskeho súdneho poriadku. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá históriou predbežných opatrení, pojmom a znakmi predbežných opatrení. Druhá kapitola sa zasa zaoberá formálnymi náležitosťami, návrhmi a nariadeniami predbežných opatrení. V tretej kapitole rozoberám druhy predbežných opatrení, ich podstatu a všeobecný význam, ale aj nadobudnutie platnosti rozhodnutia súdu v predbežnom opatrení.
