Diplomová práce se zabývá tandemovou výukou jako formou podpory začínajícím učitelům na prvním stupni základních škol. Cílem práce je popsat kooperaci dvou učitelů při přípravě, realizaci a evaluaci tandemové výuky a zjistit, v čem může tandemová výuka pomoci začínajícím učitelům. The diploma thesis deals with co-teaching as a form of support for beginning teachers. The aim of the thesis is to describe the cooperation between two teachers during the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of co-teaching at primary schools and to find out how cooperative teaching can be useful for beginning teachers.
