Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na konstrukci lehce smontovatelného lineárního hydromotoru. Teoreticko-metodická část se zabývá průzkumem v oblasti hydromotorů s využitím dostupné literatury a zdrojů. Zahrnuje představení problematiky hydromotorů, jejich rozdělením, jejich využití a výhody a nevýhody. Pro doplnění informací a obrázků byli použité i internetové zdroje, protože se v knižním vydání nevyskytují nebo nejsou v dostateční kvalitě, aby se dali použít. Aplikační část se zabývá pevnostními výpočty, výpočty rozměrů jednotlivých dílů tak aby vyhovovaly na požadované zatížení. Tyto požadavky si zadal sám zákazník, s výhledem dlouhodobé spolupráce a účasti na vývoji daného hydromotoru. Dále je zde popis jednotlivých dílů, materiálu dílů a popis technologickou výrobou jednotlivých dílů, které se budou vyrábět. V závěru práce proběhne diskuse výsledků, ke kterým se došlo v průběhu vypracování této práce a možností různého využití. Poslední kapitola bude věnovaná návrhům opatření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the construction of an easily assembled linear hydraulic motor. The theoretical and methodological part deals with research in the field of hydraulic motors using available literature and resources. It includes an introduction to the problem of hydraulic motors, their distribution, their use and advantages and disadvantages. Internet resources were also used to supplement the information and pictures, as they do not appear in the book edition or are not of sufficient quality to be used. The application part deals with strength calculations, calculations of the dimensions of individual parts to suit the required load. These requirements were set by the customer himself, with a view to long-term cooperation and participation in the development of the hydraulic motor. There is also a description of individual parts, material of parts and a description of the technological production of individual parts that will be produced. At the end of the work there will be a discussion of the results that occurred during the elaboration of this work and the possibilities of various uses. The last chapter will be devoted to proposed measures.
