Diplomová práca sa zaoberá efektívnou implementáciou kódovania dát prenášaných medzi mobilným telefónom a základňovou stanicou v sieti GSM. Úvod pokrýva základy fungovania siete GSM a teoretické princípy kódovania dát kanálu SACCH, ktorý bol zvolený ako reprezentatívny zástupca.
