Abstract:
Lymeská borelióza patří k nejčastějším onemocněním přenášeným klíšťaty u nás.Práce shrnuje základní informace o patogenezi a laboratorní diagnostice této choroby.Uvádí metody průkazu protilátek proti nejznámějším druhům borelií a jejich klinický význam.Poukazuje na určitá úskalí týkající se interpretace výsledků v souvislosti s danou chorobou.
Abstract:
Lyme borreliosis is the most common tick-borne disease in the country.The study summarizes the basic information about the pathogenesis and laboratory diagnosis of the disease.It presents methods of antibody detection against the best known species of Borrelia and their clinical significance.The work points out certain difficulties concerning the interpretation of the results in relation with the disease …more
