Cieľom diplomovej práce „Metriky v oblasti lidských zdrojů“ je vytvorenie sústavy metrík v oblasti ľudských zdrojov na meranie úspešnosti náboru a jeho zefektívnenie. V úvode teoretickej časti sú uvedené rôzne druhy náborových systémov a proces ich implementácie. Následne je popísaná história analytiky ľudských zdrojov a proces náboru.
