Goal of the master's thesis "Metrics in the human resources" is to deve-lop set of metrics in the area of human resources in order to measure rate of success of recruitment and to raise the effectiveness of it. Cieľom diplomovej práce „Metriky v oblasti lidských zdrojů“ je vytvorenie sústavy metrík v oblasti ľudských zdrojov na meranie úspešnosti náboru a jeho zefektívnenie.
