Abstract:

RAFAJ, Ivan: The project design of the IS for the management and interchange of electronic data in the firm. [Master thesis]. College of Banking Prague, foreign university Banska Bystrica. Department of Quantitative Methods and Computer Science. Supervisor: PaedDr. Peter Polakovič, Ph.D., Year of defense: 2014. Number of pages: 96 The aim of the thesis is to create the user's manual as a starting material for the working auxiliary management and project manager in planning and preparing changes in the establishment, implementation system for the exchange of electronic documents from the perspective of a market developments and demands from business partners. In the first part we fundamentals of exchange electronic documents, history, and on standard forms, in the second part we analyze the current situation in the company and the processes related to the exchange of documents, comparing options for enterprise solutions available on the market, in the third part of the conditions for the development project enterprise and enterprise information systems and project proposal creation of an information exchange system and document management company.

Katedra kvantitatívnych metód a informatiky. Vedúca práce: PaedDr. Peter Polakovič, Ph.D., Rok obhajoby: 2014. Počet strán: 96. Cieľom diplomovej práce je tvorba dokumentačnej príručky ako východiskového pomocného pracovného materiálu pre manažment a projektového manažéra pri plánovaní a príprave zmien v podniku, implementácie systému výmeny elektronických dokumentov z hľadiska perspektívy a vývoja na trhu i požiadaviek od obchodných partnerov. V prvej časti sa venujeme základným pojmom v oblasti výmeny elektronických dokumentov, histórii, štandardom a a formám, v druhej časti analyzujeme súčasnú situáciu v podniku a procesy súvisiace s výmenou dokumentov, porovnávame možnosti riešení pre podnik dostupné na trhu, v tretej časti podmienky tvorby projektu v podniku a podnikových informačných systémoch a návrh projektu zavedenia informačného systému pre výmenu a správu dokumentov podniku
