Abstract:
Ve své práci se zabývám problematikou lesních cest a odpovědnosti vlastníka za strom. V práci jsou využívány lesnické judikáty a rozhodnutí soudů. Smyslem této práce je poukázat na slabiny a mezery, které by mohly být napraveny a využívány v praxi. Ačkoliv je to docela nepravděpodobné, tato problematika by mohla být využívána v novém lesním zákoně, který vejde v platnost 01.01.2025.
Abstract:
In my work, I deal with the issue of forest roads and the owner's responsibility for the tree. Forestry jurisprudence and court decisions are used in the work. The purpose of this work is to point out weaknesses and gaps that could be corrected and used in practice. Although it is quite unlikely, this issue could be used in the new forest law, which will enter into force on 01.01.2025.
