Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na zobrazení Latinoameričanů v nedávné show s latinskou tématikou Jane the Virgin. Analyzuje žánr i obsahovou stránku tohoto seriálu a odhaluje, že Hispánci jsou charakterizovaný nestereotypním způsobem a v pozitivním světle.
Abstract:
The thesis focus on the depiction of Latinos in the recent Latino-themed show Jane the Virgin. It analyses both the genre and the content of the show and reveals that Hispanics are depicted in a positive, non-stereotypical manner.
