Hlavným cieľom štúdie bolo skúmať vzťah medzi výkonovou motiváciou a osobnostnými charakteristikami v rámci modelu „Big Five“. Súvislosť bola testovaná v dvoch skupinách respondentov, prvú tvorili vrcholoví športovci a druhú respondenti, ktorí nevykonávajú vrcholoví šport. Abstract:
The main aim of the study was to investigate relationship between achievement motivation and personality traits within the „Big Five“ model. The connection was tested in two groups of respondents, the first one was made of top sportsmen and the second one of respondents that are not performing top sports.
