Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kalkulaci cenového rozdílu klasické a pasivní stavby v různém stavebním systému. Klasickou stavbou je myšlen projekt na rodinný dům ve stavebním systému Porotherm. Projekt rozměrově a dispozičně stejného rodinného domu v pasivním standardu bude proveden ve stavebním systému Ytong. This thesis is focused on the calculation of the price difference of classical and passive constructions in a differenet construction system. A house project in the construction of Porotherm is considered a classical building.
