Cílem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu nejdůležitějších personálních činností v konkrétním malém podniku, následně porovnat výsledky s teoretickými znalostmi a případně navrhnout možná zlepšení nebo změny. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the most important human resources activities in a specific small company, then compare the results with theoretical knowledge and suggest possible improvements or changes.
