Occurrence of winter wheat pathogens in the Moravian - Silesian region

Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce je zaměřena na shromažďování a zpracování dat výskytů vybraných patogenů z okresů Moravskoslezského kraje. Předmět analýzy mi byly patogeny Mycosphaerella graminicola, Puccinia recondita, Blumeria graminis, Pyrenophora tritici-repentis a patogeny způsobující nemoc růžovění klasů pšenice (rod Fusarium). Hodnocení probíhalo v okresech Bruntálska, Frýdecko-Místecka, Karvinska, Opavska a Ostravy-města. Data byla následně rozdělena po jednotlivých letech od roku 2016 po rok 2020. Jako pravidelně vyskytující se byly zjištěny patogeny M. graminicola a B. graminis ve sledované oblasti.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is aimed to collecting and processing data of incidence of selected pathogens from different district of Moravian-Silesian region. As a subject of analysis were pathogens Mycosphaerella graminicola, Puccinia recondita, Blumeria graminis, Pyrenophora tritici-repentis and Fusarium head blight in wheat. The measurements were taken from individual districts Bruntál, Frýdek-Místek, Karviná, Opava and Ostrava-city. The resulting data were divided by individual years from 2016 to 2020. The pathogens M. graminicola and B. graminis were evaluated as regularly present in this region.
