Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaobírá návrhem pavilonu posluchárny vysoké školy v Českých Budějovicích. Následně bude na vypracovaný návrh pavilonu integrováno exteriérové ozelenění střech a fasád objektu. Teoretická část práce seznamuje čtenáře s hlavními důvody, proč se v současné době klade důraz na ozeleňování obálek budov, a to zejména v husté městské zástavbě. Následně jsou popsány typy vertikálního a horizontálního ozelenění, včetně jejich stručného popisu a historického vývoje. V závěru teoretické části jsou vyjmenovány nejvýznamnější vlivy ozelenění budov na okolní prostředí. Praktická část se zabývá samotným návrhem pavilonu, počínaje výběrem vhodného pozemku, architektonickým, dispozičním a konstrukčním řešením, jehož výstup byl následně zpracován do projektové dokumentace. V závěru praktické části byla věnována zvýšená pozornost aplikovanému ozelenění na střechách a fasádě pavilonu posluchárny. Výsledkem diplomové práce je zpracovaný návrh pavilonu posluchárny, s integrací ozelenění obálky budov, do projektové dokumentace ve stupni pro provádění stavby, tepelně-technické posouzení konstrukcí na systémové hranici objektu a 3D exteriérová vizualizace objektu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the pavilion of the university lecture hall in České Budějovice. Following the elaboration of the pavilion, the exterior greening of the roofs and facades of the building will be integrated. The theoretical part of the work acquaints the reader with the main reasons why the emphasis is currently on greening the envelopes of buildings, especially in dense urban areas. Subsequently, the types of vertical and horizontal landscaping are described, including their brief description and historical development. At the end of the theoretical part, the most significant effects of greening buildings on the environment are listed. The practical part deals with the design of the pavilion, starting with the selection of suitable land, architectural, layout and construction solutions, the output of which was processed into project documentation. At the end of the practical part, increased attention was paid to the applied landscaping on the roofs and facade of the auditorium pavilion. The result of the diploma thesis is an elaborated design of the auditorium pavilion, with the integration of greenery on the building envelope, into the project documentation in the construction stage, thermal-technical assessment of structures at the system boundary and 3D exterior visualization of the building.
