Bakalárska práca s názvom Pozemkové právo a kataster nehnuteľností je rozdelená na päť kapitol a vypracovaná podľa aktuálnej právnej úpravy. V prvej kapitole rozoberáme pozemkové právo z historického hľadiska, postupnú evidenciu nehnuteľností až po súčasnosť.
