Creation of the Business Model For Healthy Bistro

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou business modelu zdravého bistra v Uherském Brodě. Cílem je vytvořit model atraktivního podniku, který koresponduje s požadavky moderní doby. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zpracována na základě rešerše odborné literatury, zabývající se problematikou podnikání a tvorby business modelů. V závěru teoretické části jsou zmíněny aktuální trendy ve stravování. V praktické části je analyzováno tržní prostředí, do kterého bude bistro zasazeno, provedeno dotazníkové šetření a po jeho vyhodnocení je vytvořen finální model za pomoci nástroje business modelu Canvas. V závěru práce je daný business model ekonomicky zhodnocen a jsou vyslovena doporučení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis concerns a business model design process of a healthy bistro in Uherský Brod. It aims to design a model of an attractive entreprise which meets up-to-date require-ments. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on a literature research dealing with the issue of small entrepreneurship and business model design process The part concludes with an overview of the current diet trends. The practical part analyses a market environment to which the bistro will be set up, carries out a survey, evaluates its results and introduces a final model by means of business model Canvas. In conclusion the work provides an eco-nomic evaluation of the business model and gives further recommendations.
