Anotácia Práca obsahuje základné údaje, vyplývajúce zo zákona o sociálnom fonde. Podstatou mojej práce je charakteristika sociálneho fondu, jeho tvorba a použite v praxi. Prácu som rozdelila do piatich kapitol. V prvej kapitole som objasnila legislatívu a prijatie sociálneho fondu so štyrmi novelizáciami od roku 1994.
