Evaluation of Appearance Unevenness of Fabrics

Abstract:

Tématem disertační práce je objektivní hodnocení vzhledové nestejnoměrnosti simulovaných obrazů plošných textilií (tkaniny vazeb Atlas, Kepr a plátno). Vzhledová nestejnoměrnost byla hodnocena na základě kolísání stupňů šedi v obrazu plošné textilie a vyjádřena jejím variačním koeficientem. Obrazy plošných textilií byly simulovány ze signálu měření hmotové nestejnoměrnosti na aparatuře Uster Tester 4-SX. Pro objektivní hodnocení vzhledu obrazů plošných textilií byly použity obrazová analýza a program "plošná nestejnoměrnost" (Matlab). Při hodnocení byly použity dva postupy - hodnocení celého obrazu jako jedno pole a určení variačního koeficientu stupňů šedi v obraze. A rozdělení obrazu čtvercovou sítí a hodnocení stupňů šedi a její variability v jednotlivých polích. Na základě variability stupňů šedi v jednotlivých čtvercích různých velikostí byly konstruovány plošné variační křivky - vnitřní a vnější a semivariogramy. Semivariogramy byly použity pro hodnocení směrové nestejnoměrnosti (směr sloupců, řádků, diagonály a všesměrový). Pro hodnocení byly použity obrazy plošných textilií simulované z přízí bez vad a přízí vykazující typické vzhledové vady (moaré efekt, pruhovitost, mrakovitost, neklidný vzhled).

Abstract:

The thesis deals is the objective evaluation of unevenness of appearance of simulated images of fabrics (satin, twill and fabric weave). Unevenness of appearance was evaluated on the basis of fluctuation greyness degrees in the image of the fabric and expressed by its variation coefficient. The images of fabrics were simulated on the basis of signal of measured yarn mass irregularity on the apparatus Uster Tester 4-SX. Image analysis and the program "surface unevenness" (in Matlab) were used for the objective evaluation of the appearance of images of fabrics. Two methods were possible in the evaluation - evaluation of the whole image as one field and determination of the coefficient of variation of greyness degree in the image. And the image of fabric is divided into square field, when the individual greyness degree and its variability is evaluated. Based on the variability of greyness degrees in individual squares of different sizes, area variation curves were (internal and external) and semivariograms were created. Semivariograms were possible use for evaluation directional unevenness (direction of columns, rows, diagonals and omni-directional). Images of fabrics simulated from yarns without defects and yarns showing typical vizual defects (moiré effect, stripiness, cloudiness, unsetted appearance) were used for evaluation.
