Abstract:
Práce pojednává o majetkových daních, zejména o dani z nemovitostí, a jejich vlivu na obecní rozpočty. Cílem je vyhodnotit, zda obce využívají zákonem stanovených možností z titulu uplatnění místních koeficientů pro zvýšení výnosu daně z nemovitostí, a tím i příjmové stránky obecního rozpočtu. This thesis deals with property taxes, especially with the land value tax and its influence on a municipal budget. The aim is to evaluate whether the municipalities use legally stated possibilities arising from the application of local coefficients for value land tax increases and thus increasing the revenue side of a municipal budget.
