Abstract:
Předložená práce se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců ve společnosti Hraspo spol. s r.o. Teoretická část zahrnuje popis problematiky motivace a stimulace, její nástroje a vybrané metody. Praktická část zahrnuje zhodnocení stávajícího motivačního stavu a návrhy na zlepšení.
Abstract:
The submitted work deals with motivation and stimulation of the employees in Hraspo, Ltd. The theoretical includes the motivation and stimulation description, their instruments and depicted methods. The practical part includes an evaluation of the present state and suggestions for improvements.
