Examination as a forensic method

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je teoretická reflexe způsobů ohledání místa činu, analýza jednotlivých etap a jejich dokumentace v rámci současných kriminalistických praxí, strategií a trendů v odvětví, které jsou využívány k zajištění maximálního počtu stop a objektů. Cílem práce je objasnit pojmy, které se vztahují k dané problematice, jejich cíl, podstatu a význam. Neméně vážná je i část o kriminalistické dokumentaci ohledání. Metody využité v práci jsou analýza a syntéza použité literatury a jejich následná komparace, přičemž informace jsou čerpány výhradně z odborné literatury.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is a theoretical reflection of ways of examination of the crime scene, analysis of individual stages and their documentation in the current forensic practices, strategies and trends in the industry, which are used to ensure the maximum number of tracks and objects. The aim of the work is to clarify the concepts that relate to the issue, their purpose, nature and meaning. Equally serious is the section on forensic search documentation. The methods used in the work are analysis and synthesis of used literature and their subsequent comparison, while the information is drawn exclusively from specialized literature.
