Establishment, Liquidation of an Agricultural Enterprise

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá vstupem nového podnikatelského subjektu na zemědělský trh. Její struktura i téma lze pojmout jako vstupní manuál do specifického sektoru zemědělského podnikání. Autor seznamuje s požadavky vstupu do odvětví, s možnostmi jak podnikat v daném sektoru a jak vybírat zaměření společnosti. Dále představuje sanační společnost a společnost vznikající nově. Analýzou dvou podniků definuje kompetence a cestu s úspěšným založením podniku v zemědělství.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the entry of a new business entity into the agricultural market. Its structure and topic can be considered as an entry manual to the specific sector of agricultural business. The author introduces the requirements for entering the industry, he also presents the possibilities of how to do business in the given sector, how to choose the focus of the company. It defines a remedial company and a newly emerging company. It defines the procedures for the liquidation of an agricultural company and presents the method of reorganizing the enterprise.
