Personaly socialization with treacher collins syndrom

Abstract:

Diplomová práce bude zaměřena na problematiku Treacher Collins syndromu. Cílem práce je popsat a přiblížit pohled na psychiku osobnosti člověka s TCS, který prodělal plastické operace celého obličeje. Práce bude teoreticko-praktická. V teoretické části budou popsány symptomy syndromu a jejich projevy v kontextu socializace. Další kapitoly se zaměří na analýzu procesu vzdělávání a komunikace, na využití kompenzačních pomůcek a možnosti profesního uplatnění. V praktické části bude proveden kvalitativní výzkum. V rámci výzkumného šetření budou použity výzkumné metody, hloubková případová studie, polostrukturovaný rozhovor, pozorování a analýza dokumentů. V rámci výzkumné části bude popsán a analyzován dopad plastických operací na osobnosti jedince s TCS. Jedinec zhodnotí stav před operacemi a po nich. Výzkumný vzorek bude tvořit osoba s TCS, jeho lékaři, rodiče a sourozenec.

Abstract:

The thesis will be focused on Treacher Collins syndrome issues. The aim of this work is to introduce and describe the personality and the psyche of person with TCS. The patient went through full - face plastic operation so work will contain theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part will be described syndrome symptoms and their appearance in context of socialization. Another part will be focused on analysis education and communication process, use compensatory tools and practice in profession. In practical part will be executed quality research and there will be used methods of in - depth case study, semi - structured interview, observation and document analysis. Plastic operation impact on individual personality with TCS will be described and analyzed in research. The individual evaluate state before and after operation. The research sample will compose person with TCS, doctors, parents and sibling.
