Heating of Buildings, Systems and Trends

Abstract:

První část, čili teoretická část, je zaměřena na vytápění staveb. Pojednává o druzích paliv, systémů a alternativních zdrojích tepla. Na závěr jsou ukázány pořizovací a provozní náklady na vytápění rodinného domu a jejich vliv na hodnotu nemovitosti. Druhá část, praktická, obsahuje ocenění bytové jednotky v Praze 15, kombinací metod porovnávací a výnosové, a ocenění bytového domu v Praze metodou porovnávací, výnosovou a nákladovou. Třetí a poslední část analytická se zaměřuje na realitní trh v Praze 10.

Abstract:

The first theoretical part is focused on the heating of buildings. It discusses the types of fuels, systems and alternative heat sources. At the end, the acquisition costs of heating for a family house and their impact on the value of the property are shown. The second practical part contains a valuation of housing units in Prague 15 using a combination of the market method and the income method, and a valuation of a residential building in Prague using the market method, the income method, and cost method. The third and final part of the analysis focuses on the real estate market in Prague 10.
