The thesis deals with the relationship between international investment law and EU law and provides an analysis of conflicts that may arise between bilateral investment treaties of EU Member States and the EU legal system. Práca sa zaoberá vzťahom medzinárodného investičného práva a práva EÚ a poskytuje analýzu konfliktov, ku ktorým môže viesť stret bilaterálnych investičných zmlúv členských štátov a právneho systému EÚ.
