Abstract:

Bakalářská práce mapuje průběh komplexního restaurátorského zásahu včetně průzkumů u tří děl na papírové podložce. Dokument zahrnuje techniku pastelu a dvě grafická díla. Konkrétně se jedná o Portrét Jana Zrzavého od Věry Jičínské ze sbírek Městského muzea v Dobrušce a dva barokní grafické listy ze sbírek státního zámku Uherčice-Andělský hrad v Římě a Fontána di Trevi v Římě. Práce je složena ze tří částí, jednotlivé části se věnují konkrétním dílům. Práce nejprve dokumentuje u restaurovaných objektů provedené chemicko-technologické a umělecko-historické průzkumy vztahující se k daným restaurovaným objektům. Zvláště pak byla pozornost upřena na kulturně-historický průzkum díla Věry Jičínské, které skýtalo jak obecně zajímavé téma, tak i různorodost a velké množství pramenů (archivní dokumenty, publikace, vzpomínky malířčiny dcery Dany Laichterové-Gornerové). Na základě výsledků průzkumů děl byl pak zvolen vhodný restaurátorský záměr. Na to navazuje další část zahrnující popis procesu jednotlivých restaurátorských zásahů v závěru s přiloženou textovou a podrobnou obrazovou přílohou. Ač je kombinace technik grafiky a pastelu nesourodá, podobnost lze hledat v papírové podložce. Za další spojnici mezi restaurovanými díly se dá považovat biologické poškození konkrétně napadení hmyzími škůdci, které se v různé míře projevuje u všech tří děl. A v návaznosti na to řešení vhodného přístupu ke způsobeným ztrátám papírové podložky či přidruženého materiálu, v tomto případě dřevěných rámů. Nalezení hmyzí škůdci byli pečlivě dokumentováni a fotografie mohou sloužit jako pomocné vodítko k identifikaci jejich zástupců.

Abstract:

The following bachelor's thesis covers the process of a complex restoration intervention including research of three artworks on paper support. The document encompasses a pastel technique and two graphical artworks. The artworks in question are namely, a portrait of Jan Zrzavý by Věra Jičínská from the collection of the Municipal Museum in Dobruška and two baroque graphical sheets from the collection of the state chateau Uherčice-Castel Sant'Angelo in Rome and the Fountain di Trevi in Rome. The thesis consists of three parts, the individual parts are dedicated to each of the three artworks. The thesis firstly documents the implemented chemical and technological processes and art-historical research corresponding to the given restored artworks. In particular, special attention was given to the cultural history research of Věra Jičínská's artwork which opened up not only generally interesting topics, but also a large number of sources (archived documents, publications, memories of the painter's daughter, Dana Laichterová-Gornerová). Based on findings from the research, a suitable restoration intention was chosen. The following portion of the thesis continues with a description of the process of individual restoration interventions with an included text and visual attachment. Although the combination of graphic arts and pastel is heterogenous, the similarity can be found in the paper support. Another connecting link between the restored artworks is the biological damage by insect pests that is found in various intensity in all three artworks. Finally, it is the choice of a suitable approach to the missing paper canvas or accompanying material, in this case wooden frames. The discovered insects were thoroughly documented and the photographs can serve as an aid for identification of other members of their species.
