Thoracic aortic dessection

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem disekce aorty. Práce se zabývá specifikami ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta s disekcí aorty na jednotce intenzivní péče a je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část bakalářské práce popisuje rozdělení, patofyziologii, diagnostiku, klinický obraz a terapii disekce aorty. Dále práce rozebírá péči o pacienta a vysvětluje pojem kazuistika. Praktická část bakalářské práce byla napsána formou dvou případových studií, které byly vybrány na základě stáže autora na jednotce intenzivní péče I. Kardiochirurgického centra ve Fakultní nemocnici v Ostravě. Obě případové studie popisují pacienty s disekci aorty typu Stanford A, o které se autor staral.

Abstract:

The main objective of this thesis is to discuss aortic dissection with emphasis on patient care in the Intensive Care Unit. An analysis of pathophysiology, diagnostics, clinical picture and aortic dissection therapy can be found in the theoretical part of the thesis. Furthermore, patient care is discussed in the thesis. Moreover, case report definition is provided in the thesis. Data for the practical part of the thesis have been collected during author's placement in the Intensive Care Unit within Cardiac Surgery Centre, Fakultni Nemocnice Ostrava. Two case studies have been conducted by the author of the thesis. Both studies discuss Stanford type A aortic dissection patients who have been cared for by the author of the thesis
