Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je rozbor procesu územního rozhodování podle zák. č. 183/2006 Sb.o územním plánování a stavebním řádu a s tím souvisejících činností. V úvodních kapitolách se věnuji právní úpravě územního rozhodování a jeho charakteristice v kontextu jeho zařazení do procesu územního plánování.
