Abstract:

Globalizace je obrovskou součástí dnešního světa. Jedná se o rychle rostoucí fenomén, což znamená, že organizace a týmy po celém světě ve všech oblastech podnikání jsou stále více multikulturní. Vedení a řízení multikulturních týmů je náročné kvůli kulturním rozdílům. Rozvoj mezinárodního obchodu a vznik velkého počtu úřadů s nadnárodní personál je důležité rozvinout účinné strategie řízení, které berou v úvahu zvláštnosti kulturně heterogenní zaměstnanců, specifika jeho vývoje v rámci organizace, stejně jako specifické etnické a psychologické aspekty managementu. Cílem práce bude prozkoumat, jak efektivně řídit multikulturní týmy ve firmách. Práce navíc ukáže, jak kulturní rozdíly ovlivňují motivaci zaměstnanců. Tato studie poskytne údaje o různých fázích a přístupech řízení takových týmů v mezinárodních společnostech. Tato práce dále navrhne jasná a použitelná doporučení ke zlepšení efektivity nadnárodních týmů a skupin v organizacích.

Abstract:

Globalization is a huge part of nowadays world. It is a rapidly growing phenomenon, meaning that organizations and teams around the world in all areas of business are becoming more and more multicultural. Leadership and management of multicultural teams are challenging due to cultural differences. The development of international business and the emergence of a large number of offices with a multinational staff makes it important to develop effective management strategies that take into account the peculiarities of the culturally heterogeneous staff, the specifics of its development within an organization, as well as the specific ethnic and psychological aspects of management. The aim of the thesis will be to explore how to manage multicultural teams in companies effectively. Moreover, work will demonstrate how cultural differences influence the motivation of employees. This study will provide data on the different stages and approaches of managing such teams in international companies. Further, this thesis will suggest clear and applicable recommendations to improve the efficiency for multinational teams and groups in organizations.
