Quality of food brands

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o značkách kvality potravin. V první části jsou vymezeny klíčové pojmy problematiky kvality potravin, ochrany spotřebitele a charakterizovány jednotlivé značky kvality potravin. Druhá část je zaměřena na porovnání značek kvality. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zda označení potravin značkou kvality skutečně zaručuje kvalitní a nezávadnou potravinu, a to na základě porovnání kritérií udělování značek kvality potravinám, vyhodnocení objektivity těchto kritérií a hodnocení potravin v nezávislých testech.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the quality of food brands. The first part defines the key concept issues of food quality and the consumer protection. It also characterizes each food quality brand. The second part focuses on the comparison of quality brands. The thesis aims to determine whether the labeling of food quality actually ensures the quality and safe food, it is based on a comparison of the criteria for granting quality brands to foodstuff, evaluation of the objectivity of the criteria and evaluation of the foodstuff in independent tests.
