Predmetom diplomovej práce „Controlling v konkrétním podniku“ je analyzovať a porovnať súčasnú úroveň controllingu vo dvoch vybraných podnikoch. Úvodná, teoretická časť, sa zaoberá definíciou controllingu, jeho úlohami v spoločnosti a využívanými nástrojmi.
