Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Aplikace přístupů strategického řízení – Případová studie Festa Musicale z.s. a Festa Olomouc s.r.o.“ v teoretické části práce popisuje základy strategického managementu a to, jakým způsobem se jeho jednotlivé prvky zavádějí v podniku a v organizaci v uměleckém prostředí. Praktická část práce analyzuje výchozí stav a důvody pro zavedení strategického řízení ve Festa Olomouc s.r.o a Festa Musicale z.s. Tyto subjekty jsou na sobě závislé z ekonomického a organizačního hlediska i z pohledu lidských zdrojů, a proto se potýkají s podobnými problémy. Zavedení strategického řízení by mělo tyto potíže odstranit a pomoci lépe strukturalizovat procesy. Výsledkem praktické části práce je návrh obchodní strategie, která odpovídá pravidlům strategického řízení, pro oba subjekty.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis “Applying Strategic Management Approaches – Case study of Festa Musicale z.s. and Festa Olomouc s.r.o.” deals with basic theoretical approaches to strategic management and their uses in a for-profit organization and an organizastion in the field of arts. The case study is based on the analysis of historical and current conditions of two entities and the reasons for applying strategic management approaches in Festa Olomouc s.r.o. and Festa Musicale z.s. These entities are connected by multiple interdependencies, including business and organizational structure, as well as human resources. Because of that they face similar problems and using strategic management could reduce those issues and streamline internal processes. The main outcome of this work is the draft of a business strategy that suits the strategic management rules for both entities.
