Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací povídek The Iron Shroud Williama Mudforda, Železná košile Václava Rodomila Krameria a Jáma a kyvadlo Edgara Allana Poea. Cílem této práce bylo zdůraznit podobnosti a rozdíly mezi povídkami a uvést je do příslušného literárního kontextu. This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the short stories The Iron Shroud by William Mudford, Železná košile by Václav Rodomil Kramer and The Pit and the Pendulum by Edgar Allan Poe. The aim of this work was to emphasize the similarities and differences between the short stories and to place them in the relevant literary context.
