Od 1. 1. 2020 byly zpřísněny požadavky pro novostavby budov určené k bydlení, zejména požadavků zabývajících se energetickou náročností objektů. From 1. 1. 2020 tightened requirements for new-build residential buildings, in particular those dealing with the energy performance of buildings.
