Abstract:
Recombinant proteins derived from Bombyx mori Ser-2 gene and Drosophila melanogaster Sgs3 gene were expressed in bacterial expression systems, purified and partially characterised. The identity of the expressed recombinant proteins was verified by mass spectroscopy.
