The Normativity of the Second Life
Abstract:
Anotace: Práce pojednává o normativitě prostředí virtuálního světa Second Life. V první části se práce věnuje obecné tématice kyberprostoru a virtuálních světů. Následuje popis virtuálního světa Second Life, jeho normativních systémů a rozbor vybraných právních aspektů života v Second Life.
Abstract:
Abstract: The thesis deals with normativity of the virtual world Second Life. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to general issues of cyberspace and virtual worlds. Further, it describes virtual world of Second Life, its normative systems and it analises selected legal issues in Second Life.
