Economic impacts of the current situation to a particular company

Abstract:

Autor řeší dopad covidu a energetické krize na vybrané ukazatele výkonnosti jednoho ze zákaznických center společnosti innogy Energie. Vybranými ukazateli jsou návštěvnost zákaznického centra a počet uzavřených akvizic elektřiny a zemního plynu a sledovaným obdobím jsou roky 2019-2022. Autor ověřuje předpoklad, že události na ukazatele vliv měly. K řešení problému je použito metod statistického zpracování dat. Autor ověřuje normalitu rozdělení veličin, hledá korelace a srovnává návštěvnost v jednotlivých zkoumaných letech. Výstupem je prokázání existence vlivu covidu a energetické krize na vývoj sledovaných ukazatelů prostřednictvím metod statistického zpracování dat. Přínosem je zjištění, že pro zákaznické centrum by měly být vypracovány procesy, metodiky a marketingové kampaně, které by zákaznickému centru pomohly situaci lépe zvládnout, pokud by se znovu zopakovala.

Abstract:

The author deals with the impact of covid and the energy crisis on selected performance indicators of one of the customer centers of innogy Energie company. The selected indicators are the number of visitors and the number of closed acquisitions of electricity and natural gas, and the monitored period is the years 2019-2022. The author verifies the assumption that the events had an effect on the indicators. Statistical data processing methods are used to solve the problem. The author verifies the normality of the distribution, looks for correlations and compares the number of visitors in the particular years under investigation. The output is the proof of the existence of the influence of covid and the energy crisis on the development of the monitored indicators through methods of statistical data processing. The benefit is finding that processes, methodologies and marketing campaigns should be developed for the customer center to help the customer center handle the situation better if it will happen again.
