Salary deduction as one of the tools of recovery

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku vymáhání pohledávek prostřednictvím srážek ze mzdy, přičemž jejím cílem je zjištění, zda srážky ze mzdy jsou v současné době účinným nástrojem pro vymáhání pohledávek. V první části se práce věnuje teoretickým aspektům srážek ze mzdy zejména z hlediska právní úpravy, v druhé části se práce soustřeďuje na vlastní výzkumné šetření zaměřené na analýzu institutu srážek ze mzdy jako jednoho z důležitých nástrojů vymáhání pohledávek z pohledu a zkušeností věřitelů.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the issue of debt collection through salary deductions, and its aim is to determine wheter deductions from wages are now an effective tool for recovery. The first part with theoretical aspects of salary deductions particularly in term of legal legislation, in the second part the work focuses on own research oriented on the analysis of salary deductions as one of the important tools of recovery from the perspective and experience of creditors.
