Standardizace pracoviště v Budějovickém Budvaru, n.p.

Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na zefektivnění procesů ve společnosti Budějovický Budvar, národní podnik. Obsahuje analýzu procesů a standardizaci práci skladníků na oddělení vratné obaly. V teoretické části budou s pomocí odborné literatury popsány termíny, které jsou potřebné k danému tématu. V aplikační části bude zkoumán vybraný proces, budou zde uváděny nedostatky a návrh opatření na zlepšení.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on streamlinig process in the company Budějovický Budvar, národní podnik. It includes process analysis and standardization of warehouseman ‘ work in the returnable packaging department. In the theoretical part will be describe with the help of professional literature terms that are necessary for the topic.
