Risk management in a company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu a řízení rizik ve společnosti První reklamní s. r. o. První část práce se zpočátku zabývá vymezením pojmu riziko a v návaznosti samotnou analýzou rizik a jejími nástroji. Poté je přistoupeno k definici managementu rizik, jeho metod a fázím. První část je zakončena metodami prevence a snižování rizik. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na analýzu rizik v předmětné společnosti. Na základě zpracovaných analýz a dotazníkového šetření je provedena identifikace a kvantifikace rizik, která jsou následně zanesena do mapy rizik. Poslední část tvoří návrhy pro zvládání sledovaných rizik.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis is focused on analysis and risk management in the company První reklamní s. r. o. The first part of the thesis initially deals with the definition of the concept of risk and following the very risk analysis and its tools. It is then taken to the definition of risk management, its methods and stages. The first part is terminated by the methods of prevention and risk reduction. The second part of the thesis is focused on the risk analysis in the company. On the basis of the processed analysis and questionnaire survey, identification and quantification of risks are carried out, which are subsequently transferred into the risk map. The last part of the thesis consists of suggestions for dealing with the monitored risks.
