Abstract:

Tato práce pojednává o zelených střechách. Popisuje jednotlivé skladby souvrství, postupy provádění a druhy střešních plášťů. Nejprve nás seznámí s tím, kde nejčastěji se s těmito střechami setkáváme, zabrousí i na samý začátek jejich vzniku až k současným stavbám. Vysvětlí rozdíl mezi střechou intenzivní a extenzivní, detailně rozebere rozdíly při realizaci, požadavky na každou vrstvu a v neposlední řadě vybere druh rostlin a vyřeší systém zavlažování. Nejdůležitější pasáží práce je řešení konkrétní poruchy a její následná sanace. Na konkrétním příkladu, doplněným o fotografie, si ukážeme, jak s danou poruchou budeme nakládat, jak vyřešíme její opravu. Co nejpodrobněji si rozebereme situaci, vyhodnotíme nejlépe možná opatření a provedeme následnou realizaci asanace. Naučná data vyskytující se v této práci, jsou z odborných knih, specializujících se na ploché a zelené střechy. Dozvíme se názory jednotlivých knižních autorů, specializovaných firem a nakonec i autorův vlastní názor na věc, obohacený o jeho poznatky, které při vypracování práce získal. Cílem této práce je, seznámit čtenáře s problematikou ozeleňování střech. Zelené střechy nejsou problematikou jen pro stavebníky, ale často se spolupracujícími zahradními architekty. Spojením zkušeností těchto dvou oborů dochází k dokonalému navržení zazeleněné střechy.

Abstract:

The thesis is about "Green roofs" It describes single compositions of layers, realization procedures and types of roof covers. First of all, it introduces, where and how these roofs are frequently used, then the thesis looks into origins of the roofs until the present buildings. The thesis explains the difference between intensive and extensive roof, points out detail differences in implementation. Next, it deals with the requirements for each layer and finally it chooses kinds of flowers and it figures out the irrigation system. The most important part of the bachelor work is the solution of specific failures and their following remediation. On the concrete example, expressed by pictures, it will be shown how to deal with the problem and how to figure out its repair. The situation is analyzed, in as much detail as possible, and the best measures are evaluated and perform following remediation implementation. Educational data - presented in the thesis - are taken out from the professional books, which specialize in flat and green roofs. The opinions of the individual authors and presented as well as the vies of specialized companies, including the author’s opinion enriched by the gained knowledge.. The goal of the bachelor work is to introduce the issue of greening roof to the readers. Green roofs are not problem only for builders, who co-operating with garden architects very often. By the combination of those two fields, it is possible to come to a perfectly designed green roof.
