Responsibility of the President
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na odpovědnost prezidenta republiky. Taxativně vyjmenovává pravomoci a působnost prezidenta. Zabývá se imunitou hlavy státu. Podrobně rozebírá odpovědnost prezidenta za velezradu, jeho vztah k moci výkonné, zákonodárné i soudní. V neposlední řadě také občanskoprávní a mezinárodněprávní odpovědnost prezidenta a také vztah prezidenta k zahraničí.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on responsibility of the President. Exhaustively enumerates the the powers and prerogatives of the president. It deals with the head of state immunity. Analyzes in detail the responsibilities of the President for treason, his relationship with the executive, legislative and judicial.
