Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se zabývám smlouvou, kterou se sjednává spotřebitelský úvěr podle zákona o spotřebitelském úvěru v komparaci s obecnými ustanoveními o smlouvě o úvěru podle §§ 497-507 obchodního zákoníku. Na úvod práce vykládám nejdůležitější pojmy a instituty. Dále se zabývám vlivem unijního práva na spotřebitelský úvěr. Detailně rozebírám informační povinnost poskytovatele. In my bachelor thesis I am focusing on the credit contract in terms of the Consumers credit contract in the Czech republic. I compare general terms of the Czech Commercial Code according to §§ 497-507 with Consumer credit contract Act.
