Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou vybraných zoonóz a možnostmi jejich diagnostiky v daných biologických materiálech. Dále se zabývá virovými, bakteriálními a parazitárními zoonózami, které se pravidelně vyskytují na území České republiky, ale i mimo ni, kdy se s nákazami můžeme setkat během pobytů v cizině. Bachelor thesis deals with characteristics of zoonosesdiseases that can be transmitted from animals to humans. According to initiators they can generally be divided into viral, bacteria and parasites. Infectious agents, possible sources of diseases, transmission ways, clinic and laboratory diagnostics, chances and methods of anti-epidemiological measures and therapies are introduced in individual chapters …more
