The aim of this bachelor`s work was to examine the problem of current legal regulations on evidence in civil lawsuit, characterizing its process and specific proper evidence according to the regulations included in the Civil Court Rule. Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce bolo spracovať problematiku platnej právnej úpravy dokazovania v občianskom súdnom konaní, s popisom jeho priebehu a charakteristikou jednotlivých konkrétnych dôkazných prostriedkov podľa ich právnej úpravy obsiahnutej v Občianskom súdnom poriadku.
